By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

You MUST be 18+ or older to order a commission from me.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission, edit, or adjustment for any reason.

All order inquiries will be responded to within 5 days. If I have not responded after 5 days, please feel free to reach out again.

References are required when placing an order. Please be as clear and detailed as possible.

You reserve the right to ask for a deadline, however it must be stated when placing an order, before the total cost of the commission is applied. Tight deadlines are subject to rush fees.

I reserve the right to take up to 1 month to begin work on your project, and an additional 5 months to complete said project. If a project has a high level of details or involves greater complexity, the creation period may be longer.

FOR ILLUSTRATIONS:

I will provide a concept sketch to be discussed, adjusted, and approved by the client. Once approved, a price will be provided, and a payment method will be discussed. The commission is to be paid in full and in USD currency before I proceed with the commission. Alternatively, if a payment plan is discussed, the client must adhere to the payment schedule.

Once the cost is totaled, the client has 48 hours to complete the payment or the spot will be forfeited.

Periodic updates and WIPs (approximately every 1-2 months) will be provided, and the client will be asked for approval each step of the way. I will not proceed with a commission in progress without the client’s explicit consent and approval.

The client will be permitted 3 free minor adjustments during preliminary steps. Once the lineart is completed, only 2 minor adjustments will be free. Additional adjustments are subject to additional costs. Major adjustments at any point beyond the sketching phase are subject to additional costs.

Major adjustments after the art is completed will require a minimum fee of 30% of the total commission price. Any adjustments that are subject to additional fees will not be worked on until said fees have been paid.

The client has the right to request an update or WIPs at any time during the creation period.

FOR COMICS:

A deposit of $100 is required before any sketching or work is done. This deposit is nonrefundable.

Once the deposit is paid scheduling may proceed in a fashion similar to illustrations.

FOR R18 SKETCHES:

I will provide a concept sketch (basically stick figures) to be approved before you are invoiced. Unless I have clarification questions, due to the nature of the commission being a quicker sketch, this will be the only WIP you recieve before completion.

All major adjustments will be subject to a fee of $20. The client are allowed 3 free minor adjustments and will be charged $10 for each additional one beyond that.

Under no circumstances may my artwork be minted into an NFT (Non-fungible token) or converted into a crypto collectible of any kind.

Under no circumstances may my artwork be used for AI generators of any kind.

The client may not claim the work as their own.

Watermarks/signatures are not to be removed.

The artwork may not be altered, redrawn, traced, changed or modified in any way without my explicit consent. This includes tracing over the artwork as a “base.”

The only exception to this is cropping for non-commercial avatars, icons, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website or profile displays. In all web-related displays the artwork must be visibly credited and linked back to me.

Clients may use their own commissioned pieces for personal uses only; You cannot profit from this work in any way, including using commissioned artwork for advertising or any commercial use.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the commissioned artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

The client may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

I reserve the right to use my work for any reason including promotions, portfolio shares, etc.

Full refunds can only be given if a work has not been started.

If a commission is partially worked on, I will keep payment equivalent to the amount of work done on the commission and refund the rest. This is judged based on hours spent working and my set prices. Please note all refunds are subject to external fees such as from paypal.

I reserve the right to cancel the commission for any reason during any point of the process. Should this occur the client will be fully refunded the cost of the commission.
