By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

Violators will be blacklisted indefinitely and without warning.

You MUST be 18+ or older to order a commission from me.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission, edit, or adjustment for any reason.

All initial order inquiries will be responded to within 5 days. If I have not responded after 5 days, please feel free to reach out again.

References must be provided when placing an order. Please be as clear and detailed as possible.

You reserve the right to ask for a deadline, however it must be stated when placing an order, before the total cost of the commission is applied. Tight deadlines are subject to rush fees.

I reserve the right to take up to 1 month to begin work on your project, and an additional 5 months to complete said project. If a project has a high level of details or involves greater complexity, the creation period may be longer.

You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

I will provide a very basic concept sketch/doodle to be discussed, adjusted, and approved by the client. Once the concept art is approved, a price will be provided, and a payment method will be discussed. The commission is to be paid in full and in USD currency before I proceed with the commission. Alternatively, if a payment plan is discussed, the client must adhere to the payment schedule both parties decide on.

Once the cost is announced and agreed upon between both myself and the client, the client has 48 hours to complete the payment or the spot will be forfeited.

Periodic updates and WIPs (approximately every month, if not sooner) will be provided, and the client will be asked for approval each step of the way. I will not proceed with a commission in progress without the client’s explicit consent and approval.

The client will be permitted 6 free minor adjustments during preliminary steps. Once the lineart is completed, only 5 minor adjustments will be free. Additional adjustments are subject to additional costs. Major adjustments at any point beyond the sketching phase are subject to additional costs.

Major adjustments after the art is completed will require a minimum fee of 30% of the total commission price.

If there are any minor adjustments needed due to my negligence of overlooking the commission details, they will be free, at any point of the process. Major adjustments due to my negligence in stages beyond lineart will still be subject to a fee, as the customer is asked to be overlooking and approving each step forward, and asked to voice any issues they may have with the artwork as it is being created. Please be active and diligent throughout these check-ins to ensure you are given the quality you deserve for as little costs as possible.

In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.

The client has the right to request an update or WIPs at any time during the creation period. There is no maximum number for this. You may ask how the piece is coming along as often as you like.

Any adjustments that are subject to additional fees will not be worked on until said fees have been paid.

Under no circumstances may my artwork be minted into an NFT (Non-fungible token) or converted into a crypto collectible of any kind. NFTs are strictly forbidden.

Under no circumstances may my artwork be used for AI generators of any kind.

The client may not upload or host the commission in a gallery intended to display their own work.

The client may not claim the work as their own.

Watermarks/signatures are not to be removed without my consent.

The artwork may not be altered, redrawn, traced, changed or modified in any way without my explicit consent. This includes tracing over the artwork as a “base.”

The only exception to this is cropping for non-commercial avatars, icons, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website or profile displays. In all web-related displays the artwork must be visibly credited and linked back to me.

Clients may use their own commissioned pieces for personal uses only; You cannot profit from this work in any way, including using commissioned artwork for advertising or any commercial use.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the commissioned artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

The client may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

I reserve the right to post the artwork in my gallery for any reason.

I will be allowed to use the artwork to promote myself within any place or site, and display it anywhere for any reason.

Full refunds can only be given if a work has not been started.

If a commission is partially worked on, I will keep payment equivalent to the amount of work done on the commission and refund the rest. This is judged based on hours spent working and my set prices. Please note all refunds are subject to external fees such as from paypal.

I reserve the right to cancel the commission for any reason during any point of the process. Should this occur the client will be fully refunded the cost of the commission.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

If for any reason your payment account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
